Unwhelming Trauma: Movement and the mind
Heather Rodriguez is a deep feeler and empath, which has helped shape her career and her life path. She is a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Practitioner, a mental health therapist, a professor, and a healer. She is a social justice warrior, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community, and she works in both professional and volunteer capacities to protect and advocate for other people. Join us as we talk about movement, religious trauma, and the joys of caring for temperamental felines.

Unwhelming Youth Support: Helping kids find their voices
Dr. Gabrielle Dietrich is a singer, educator, and conductor with a passion for helping young singers find their voices. Gabby is the founder and conductor of the trauma-informed El Faro Youth Chorus. Gabby is also the Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in New Mexico, so she knows a thing or two about supporting mental health. Join us for a conversation about the magic of creating music in a safe place and the healing that happens when we bring our voices together.
